Fees and some Average Costs The hourly rate for research is $US75. Based on the evaluation, we will be able to outline a course of research & inform you of the cost involved. Some average costs: to extract a civil record (birth, marriage or death) - one hour, plus a small repository fee (at present about eight dollars). to do a search of parish records – two hours on average, depending on the information sought.
